All pricing and payment schedules will be defined per project. Work may be paused or withheld if payment terms are not respected.
All content and deliverables remain the property of InnoCore until full payment is received. Custom ownership terms can be negotiated in writing.
All project-related communication, documentation, and intellectual assets exchanged between the client and InnoCore are strictly confidential.
Upon request, InnoCore will sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to further ensure privacy and data protection. We also expect our clients to honor the same confidentiality obligations.
InnoCore is not liable for indirect damages, lost data, or third-party system failures. We are also not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control.
Our site may link to third-party platforms. InnoCore is not responsible for external content, security, or data handling.
InnoCore may terminate any agreement or website access due to violation of these Terms or failure to cooperate.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the latest version.
